Holy Spirit - Jesus promises a helper

Last Sunday Discovery Point:  Holy Spirit - Jesus promises a helper Jesus gave His disciples a wonderful promise – that a helper would come and show them how to obey God! Jesus also told them what the helper would do and what He would give to those who believe. The Holy Spirit is the promised helper, and He works in our lives as believers: He testifies about Jesus, helps us live an obedient life, gives us peace, teaches us how to love like Jesus, and guides us in the truth. Scriptures used: Luke 23:26-34, 44-49, 24:1-9, 36-48 Memory Verse: “I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself f
